At Cozy Chapter Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 7–14 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition. Certain items such as personal care products may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
